Miliuzo is an independent platform that connects homeowners in the United States with local outdoor-service contractors. Homeowners post a job for free. Contractors pay a one-time lead fee for each job they take, and Miliuzo introduces them to that homeowner immediately.
We are the marketplace, not a party to the work. We do not provide contracting services and do not act as an agent, representative, or guarantor for anyone.
The lead fee is a marketplace introduction fee for work performed in the physical world, at the homeowner's property. It is not a subscription, not a credit balance, and not a purchase of digital content. Payment is collected by card or Apple Pay through Stripe, our payment processor.
The fee is charged per job and is non-refundable once the introduction is made. If a lead is invalid, meaning duplicate, fake, or outside the trade you selected, write to us and we will make it right.
Miliuzo does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any services performed by contractors, and does not verify the accuracy of information provided by users. Any agreement between a homeowner and a contractor is strictly between those two parties.
We do not resolve disputes, negotiate terms, or address issues of workmanship, pricing, or project timelines. We operate solely as a lead-generation and introduction platform.

We may modify these documents. Material changes are announced in the app and the date below changes. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
