Agreement

By creating an account or using Miliuzo you agree to these terms and to all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You must be at least 18 years old.

What Miliuzo is

A platform that introduces homeowners to outdoor-service contractors. Homeowners post jobs. Contractors pay a per-job lead fee and receive that homeowner's contact details immediately.

We are a neutral facilitator. We do not provide contracting services and we are not an agent, representative, or guarantor for any party.

Fees and payments

• Posting a job is free for homeowners, always
• Contractors pay a one-time lead fee per job, shown on screen before you confirm and again on the receipt
• There is no subscription, no credit balance, and no monthly minimum
• Payments are processed by Stripe by card or Apple Pay; card details never reach Miliuzo
• Fees are non-refundable once the introduction is made. If a lead is invalid, contact support and we will make it right

Zero tolerance for objectionable content

You agree not to post content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, obscene, fraudulent, discriminatory, or that infringes anyone's rights, and not to behave that way toward another user.

Every job and every profile can be reported from the screen it appears on, and any user can be blocked from Account → Blocked people. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content that breaks this rule. Accounts that post objectionable content or abuse other users are terminated, without refund of any fee already paid.

We filter submissions automatically and may remove or hide content at any time, including a job flagged by several people, without notice.

Rules for using the platform

You agree not to

• Post false, misleading, or duplicated jobs
• Put phone numbers, emails, or links in a job description to bypass the lead fee
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute leads or contact details
• Impersonate another person or business
• Use the platform for anything unlawful
• Interfere with the platform's security or normal operation

Your responsibilities

Homeowners

• Give accurate and complete project requirements
• Verify contractor credentials and insurance
• Confirm licensing and permits
• Agree clear terms with whoever you hire

Contractors

• Hold current licences and insurance
• Give accurate information about your business
• Handle your own workers' compensation and liability
• Do what you promised, at the price you quoted

Limits of liability

Miliuzo does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services; the accuracy of anything a user writes; or that any job will result in work. We do not resolve disputes, negotiate terms, or handle claims about workmanship, pricing, or timelines.

All agreements are strictly between homeowners and contractors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miliuzo is not liable for the acts, omissions, or outcomes of any interaction between users, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, and in serious cases without warning. Fees already paid are not refunded on termination for breach.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Miliuzo is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: support@miliuzo.com.
